Dr Adam Harris, Consultant Gastroenterologist, is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of "luminal gastroenterology" that is, conditions or diseases affecting the gullet (eg heartburn or reflux disease), stomach (eg ulcers), small and large bowel (eg irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis). He does not undertake surgery neither does he see patients with specialised liver or pancreatic diseases. If necessary, Dr Harris can arrange referral to one of his colleagues, with whom he works in the independent sector.
